Site Conditions
The project included a front yard of about 455 square feet and a sidewalk strip of about 261 square feet. The area had weeds, a tree to remove, and sprinklers needing repair.
Problem
The front yard lawn was in poor condition. The sprinklers needed repair, and gophers were a risk to a new lawn.
What We Did
Removed the weeds and tree.
Repaired 8–10 sprinklers using about 80 feet of PVC pipe.
Installed new sod.
Protected the lawn from gophers with 1/4-inch hardware cloth.
Hauled the trash to the dump.
