Fresh New Fruit Landscaping renovated the front and back yards in Santee, CA, in July 2025.
Site Conditions
The property had front and back yards with existing drains, overgrown bushes, and no defined seating area.
Problem
The front and back yards needed a low-water, low-maintenance surface and a place to sit.
What We Did
We installed decomposed granite with weed block and stabilizer in the front and back yards. We also built a flagstone seating area, added plants to the front of the house, trimmed both yards, dug out two bushes, and hauled away the trash.
Materials used:
Decomposed granite
Weed fabric
Plants
Result
The homeowner was happy with the results.
