Fresh New Fruit Landscaping refreshed irrigation and container garden areas at a property in San Diego, CA, in December 2025.
Site Conditions
The property had bamboo with dead wood, an orange tree with sooty mildew, whitefly, mealybug and scale, irrigation leaks and failing valves, and turf areas.
Problem
The property had aging irrigation, overgrown bamboo, and a stressed orange tree. The deck and entry also needed greenery and privacy.
What We Did
Fresh New Fruit Landscaping inspected and repaired the irrigation, added irrigation to the planter boxes and deck areas, replaced failing valves, and fixed two line breaks. The team shaped the orange tree and cleaned it of pests, refreshed the bamboo, and continued with ongoing maintenance visits. Ficus and wax privet were planted for privacy, along with agave, aeoniums, and a fruit tree. Large white pottery was set, and soil and mulch were added.
