Fresh New Fruit Landscaping audited irrigation and provided plant health care in Oceanside, CA, in October 2025.
Site Conditions
The property had pest damage on bougainvillea, plants blocking irrigation, aging equipment, citrus and grape vines, roses, and areas of eroded soil and depleted mulch.
Problem
Plants were growing at inconsistent rates, caterpillars were eating the bougainvillea, and the irrigation system needed attention.
What We Did
We identified and removed the pests, sprayed with BT, and thinned the bougainvillea and other plants. We audited the valves, wiring, controller, and each emitter; removed plants blocking the irrigation; replaced aging and damaged equipment; and reprogrammed the timer. We also shaped the grape vine, thinned the citrus, cleared competing vegetation at the base of the fruit trees, adjusted watering, fed the trees, cared for the roses, added four 5-gallon plants, and refilled eroded areas with soil and mulch.
