Site Conditions
The property had failing sprinklers serving the lawn, side yard, front island, and shed area. Plantings were tired, and loose electric cords were around the yard.
Problem
Sprinklers across the front and back yards needed repair. The front island and an area in the back yard also needed replanting.
What We Did
Fresh New Fruit Landscaping:
Overhauled the back-yard sprinklers.
Repaired the front lawn, side-yard, front island, and shed-area sprinklers.
Removed and replanted the front island.
Replaced mirror plants near the front door.
Divided clivia and planted it where grasses had been.
Removed two small birds of paradise.
Created a planted feature area on the left side of the back yard.
Added decomposed granite with stabilizer in a seating area.
Installed a garden border with staples.
Removed the loose electric cords.
