Cistus varities

Cistus is common name rockrose and does excellent in Mediterranean climates like ours. It thrives on low water input, and it will die off with too much water. Cistus is an attractive bush and has many varieties for different choices of leaf and flower, as well as different sized bushes. Cistus is complimentary planted with common San Diego landscaping bushes like lavender, rosemary, and oak tree.
